In November 2021 we inaugurate the new production factory after a long process of analysis, design, and construction, with the objective of supply the market demand, continue with the internationalization process, and improve the conditions for the development of quality products.

 

 

This factory of 5000m2, considered as a model in the country, incorporates a new concept of design focus in the compliance of regulations and standards applicable to alimentation factories (HACCP, ISO 22000, AIB), Environmental (ISO 14000), Security (ISO 45000) incorporating the concept of PML (More Clean Production), which refers to a preventive environmental strategy and integration in the productivity process. It was design based in a deep study of workflows and build with materials that provide better hygiene and safety conditions. This also allows to optimize the use of sources and gives more safety food to consumers, and security to workers.

 

 

The new factory incorporates the latest technology with an excellent control level of process, which permits the company continue keeping craft process, allowing us to keep producing quality and craft products. It also counts with a wide laboratory with excellent equipment's to analyze raw material and develop new products.

 

 

The factory installations have lots of services and facilities for our employees, for example changing rooms, dining room, lactation rooms, nursing and modern offices.

 

 

At the opening ceremony we had the honor to count with the presence of the President of the Repubic Dr. Luis Lacalle Pou, the Ambassador of Spain in Uruguay José Javier Gómez - Llera y Gracía - Navas, the Mayor of Canelones Sr. Yamandú Orsi, the Minister of Industria, Energía y Minería Ing. Omar Paganini, the Minister of Trabajo y Seguridad Social Sr. Pablo Mieres, who visited the installations of the plant and congratulated us for bet in the national industry.
